What is the standard delivery timeframe for my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express options are available at checkout.
Does my Tosca luggage come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tosca Travelgoods products come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the specific collection. This covers defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached. Note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I set the TSA combination lock on my suitcase?
Each suitcase comes with an instruction card inside the mesh pocket. Generally, you set the dials to 0-0-0, press the reset button with a pen, enter your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. We are looking into global shipping options for the near future to bring Tosca to the rest of the world.
